In Memory of Karen Verboon
Karen Lee Verboon passed away peacefully on August 18, 2026, in LHC, Arizona.
She will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, vivacious personality, and sense of style.
Karen lived life with enthusiasm and was always ready for the next adventure.
Karen met the love of her life, Bill Verboon, while cruising Mooney Boulevard,
igniting a shared love of fast and shiny cars. They married in 1960.
They enjoyed classic cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, skydiving, waterskiing, whitewater rafting,
and traveling, always embracing the opportunity to try something new and make another memory.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Bill, in 2023.
Karen leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a family who will carry her spirit with them always.
