New member guidelines

Prospective new members must be sponsored by a regular club member.

Prospective new members must own a pre-1973 vehicle or a significantly modified special vehicle 1972 or older. 
Your sponsor with the approval of the club President will determine if your vehicle is eligible.

Prospective new members must attend (2) regular club meetings plus go on at least (1) run with other club members. If your vehicle is under construction you may go with a regular member. Your spouse may go on runs but not attend regular meetings.

Prospective new members will be given a membership form and copy of these guidelines at their first meeting. The completed form is to be returned at your second meeting. If the prospect has met the above requirements, a vote will be taken at the third meeting by the membership to admit the new member. (Prospect does not attend) His sponsor will notify him. 

Meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at the Quality Inn. Members must attend at least (2) regular meetings during the calendar year to maintain membership in the club. This requirement can be excused by a vote of the club members.

New members must pay an initiation fee of $75.00 to the club treasurer. The fee is due when the member attends his first meeting after being voted in by the membership.  New members will be given a club t-shirt. .

Dismissal of a member. If a member commits a minor act offensive to the other members, the President will give the member a verbal warning. If the member commits a subsequent minor offensive act, a major offensive act, or any other violation of rules his membership may be terminated by a 2/3 vote of the membership present at a regular meeting.
